You choose your preferred grind, roast profile, and delivery frequency -- weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Each shipment contains freshly roasted single-origin beans, typically shipped within 48 hours of the roast date. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time with no penalties.
Yes -- the Northbound roastery at 937 NW Bond Street, Bend, Oregon is open Tuesday through Sunday from 7 AM to 4 PM. The glass-walled roasting floor is visible from the pour-over bar, and roasting sessions happen throughout the morning. No reservation is needed for a pour-over visit.
Single-origin means each bag traces to one specific farm, cooperative, or region rather than a blend of multiple sources. This lets us highlight the distinct terroir, processing method, and altitude of each lot. Every bag we sell includes a full sourcing card with the farm name, elevation, and producer notes.
We roast to order. Subscription bags are roasted within 48 hours of shipping and arrive between three and seven days post-roast -- the ideal window for peak flavor development. We never hold roasted inventory. Beans are valve-sealed in nitrogen-flushed bags to lock in freshness.
Both are available on all subscription tiers and in the shop. If you choose ground, we ask for your brew method -- espresso, drip, pour-over, French press, or AeroPress -- and grind to that specific specification at time of packing.
You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal with no fees or notice requirements. If you cancel within three days of a scheduled shipment, that order will still process. All subsequent orders stop immediately upon cancellation.
We ship to all 50 states via FedEx Ground. Standard transit is two to five business days depending on your location. We also offer a local pickup option if you are based in Bend or Central Oregon and want to skip shipping entirely.
