Each shot pulled from our house blend, sourced from single-origin lots roasted on-site every Wednesday.
Pour-Over Bar
Each pour takes eight to ten minutes. We use Chemex and V60 and offer a rotating flight of three origins weekly.
Cold Brew & Tea
Cold brew steep time is eighteen hours. All teas sourced from small farms with traceability documentation.
Pastries & Bread
Baked in partnership with Cascade Mill Bakehouse each morning. Available until sold out.
Breakfast Plates
Served until noon. Simple preparations using local eggs, cheeses from Three Creeks Creamery, and seasonal produce.
